Is it mandatory to possess a laptop / desktop to take the course?
We won’t call it mandatory, it’s essential for every software engineer to own a laptop / desktop which is the key tool to achieve their dreams in this futuristic and technified trend.
However if you don’t have access to a computer, please let us know and we’ll explore alternative arrangements to support your learning.
How do you expect the payment to be done and do you have flexible options?
We accept payment through various secure and convenient methods and yes we offer flexible payments.
We offer discounts for group enrollments and full payments.
Flexible payments may not attract discounts and offers.
Do you support post Course Completion?
Ofcourse, this isn’t a place for just learning, we will maintain an Alumni Network.
You can connect with our coaches to get clarifications or brush-up on what you have learnt post your course completion.
We will have our technology forum where you can discuss your challenges / solutions.
Can I take a break in the middle of course?
We don’t stop you from taking a break, however we don’t recommend it.
In case you have to take a break, yes we do allow it and you need to wait for the next batch to start and for the topic where exactly you break the course.
Our facilitators will keep a tag and keep you informed about the upcoming batches.
Do you refund me if I am not satisfied with the course?
We’re confident in the quality of our courses, but we understand that sometimes they might not meet your expectations.
If you’re not satisfied our refund policy: Get a full refund within 10 days of course enrollment if you are not satisfied and have a reasonable justification on why you are not satisfied.
Partial refund if you have completed less than 50% of the course and you have a reasonable justification on why you are not satisfied.
No Refund if you have completed more than 50% of the course.
